Nesting Services
We assist families in preparing their home for the arrival of their new baby. Whether it’s assembling baby gear, educating first-time parents on essential supplies and how to use the supplies, or washing, sanitizing, and reassembling previously loved items from older siblings, we ensure your space is organized, safe, and ready for your little one.
Birth Doula
As your birth doula, I work one-on-one with you to provide education, empowerment, and advocacy for a smooth pregnancy and delivery. We customize educational materials to your needs, offer continuous support and resources, and provide tools and techniques to navigate labor. I will be present at the birth, ensuring you and your partner feel cared for and confident.
Full Spectrum Doula
Our Full Spectrum Doula service combines the expertise of both birth doula and postpartum care. From conception through the postpartum period, I provide personalized support, education, and resources. I am committed to being a constant source of guidance, helping you navigate and feel empowered and informed every step of the way.
NICU Doula
With a specialized team of NICU nurses, we provide dedicated support for families with babies in the NICU. We offer advocacy, explain medical procedures, and help you navigate your NICU stay. Our goal is to provide emotional and physical support, guiding you through the challenges of this experience. Sliding scale options are available for NICU services.
Daytime Postpartum Care
Postpartum care requires balance, and we’re here to support you. Our daytime care services help establish a routine that prioritizes your recovery, bonding with your newborn, and household tasks. From light housekeeping to breastfeeding support and troubleshooting, we offer evidence-based education and ensure your family’s needs are met.
Nighttime Postpartum Care
Rest is essential during the postpartum period. Our nighttime care services ensure you can sleep soundly while your baby is well cared for. We tailor our overnight care to your feeding preferences and help establish positive sleep habits, giving you the restful nights you need for recovery.
Multiples Care
Caring for multiples presents unique challenges, and we are fully equipped to provide the specialized care each baby needs. In addition to supporting your newborns, we assist with household tasks and help you establish a manageable routine, ensuring your family thrives every day.
NICU/Preemie Care
Our team of highly trained nurses specializes in providing care for NICU and preemie babies.
